The Phoenix blog is about to change. I will be contacting each member that we wish to invite to read our blog and issuing them with there own personal username and password. This means only people who are invited will be able to read and comment on our blog. We all know the main reason for this and i think in the long run it will provide a more POSITIVE blog between people who actually have something to say. For this to work i will be contacting you and asking you for your email address as i need this info to set up your account. This also means that when a comment is made on the blog then you will no longer be able to use Anonymous!!! Your username will be shown instead. Don't see the point of having a meeting on Tues. Agreeing what we did at the meeting,and then four people turning up on Sun for golf.The club had to pay out £108 in lost deposits(Giving one days notice of not playing is no good when I have to tell the golf clubs of the intended numbers invoved 8 days before)I hope those who failed to attend will pay the club back their £18 green fee's before the next fixture at Frodsham.
I need to know by Saturday 19th June those who intend to go to Frodsham on the 27th June, first tee 11.45 either ring me, text me, or put it on the website. If no one wants to go I'll cancel and forfiet another £50 deposit. I no longer intend to go to the time and expense of ringing around all the players just to see who can be bothered to turn up when they don't anyway.

P.S. Gary is trying to arrange captain's day at a course near Wrexham or Chester as soon as I know more details I will inform everyone.
