It ended up a clean sweap at the weekend but by the closest of margains........... a card countback decided the winner after 18 holes could'nt split the pair. Mark Drummond & Ian Pugh both had a respective 22 points after 9 holes. Ian dipped a little on the back 9 carding 16 points and a total of 38. However Mark Drummond was stood on the 18th tee needing just one point on the final hole to claim 1st spot. But after his third shot went out of bounds and no score carded the day would be decided with a card count back. the narrowest of margains meant Ian just edge it on the last three holes on the front 9. Ian also earlier won longest drive nearest the pin and the two's comp. full results and the latest on the summer championship will be posted soon.
