After being beaten by a card count back and not scoring on the 18th, Steve Sutton (pictured left) had nothing but bad memory's of brackenwood.
That all changed today as steve put the record strait with the round of his life, not only did Steve score on the 18th, he accumulated 44 points in a round which saw him secure a championship playoff place and win the day by a staggering 7 points!
Steve went round in 89 strokes and had no fewer than five pars on his card.
Also taking place today was the second semi final of the doubles cup competition were Ted and Trevor beat Ian and Chris one up. The Pair will now go on to face Gary and Leigh in the final.
