On the opening day, a doubles stroke play competition will take place. The pairings were drawn yesterday in front of five members to save time on the morning. Players will have there handicap halved then added to there partners handicap. Once play starts the best stroke play score from either you or your partner will be taken for each individual hole. At the end of your round you will deduct your combined handicap with the lowest score taking first prize! Below are the pairings for the day.

* Stevie Birrell & Ste Sutton (Handicap 16)
* Ste Bristow & Martin Bell (Handicap 25)
* James Barwise & Mally regan (Handicap 23)
* Peter Preston & Leigh Robertson (Handicap 26)
* Trevor Griffiths & Mark Drummond (Handicap 26)
* Tony Southern & David Bristow (19 Handicap)
Sunday
A Standard Stableford competition will be contested for the annual captains prize. The four way club championship playoff will also be played.
