James
Barwise and Chris
Hallam (pictured right) claimed a winter double yesterday winning the Knock-out Doubles and playoff Championship. It was James who took the singles comp beating Leigh and Chris with an impressive 35 points. James also went on to beat Ian 5&4 in the doubles as Tony was sidelined through injury. Chris and James will continue their formidable partnership when they defend their title in next years competition.

well done to the two of you & also to james he played v.well yesterday keep it up mate
To be honest we were lucky through out and never really looked like winning until the 18th at garstang. we dont really deserve the win, if Tony had been fit he would of wiped the floor with us! I just like to say sorry and we hope we get knocked out asap next year. I'm going to concentrate on losing some weight for next winter cos James said im getting hard to carry!
