Steve Bristow wins by six at ellesmere!


Steve Bristow (picture of Steve above) eased to his first win of the year at Ellesmere port today after carding an impressive 38 points. The early rain took its tole on the rest of the field as his closest competition was a massive 6 points behind. Leigh Robertson claimed his second, 2nd place finish in as many games, as he continues to fly up the club championship leader board! "keep it up Leigh!"
The longest drive was won by Ian Pugh on the tight par 5 11th hole whilst David Bristow grabbed the nearest the pin to with a great approach to the 158 yard par 3 6th hole.
Are next fixture is being held at Carus Green golf club, Kendal, on the 8th of July, the first tee is at 12.00. We hope to see you all there.
